Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide orders covering the following destinations:
Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Macau, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Ukraine, United States

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time: Most US orders are shipped directly from our California warehouse within 24-48 hours, shipping time varies depending on your location. Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after an order has shipped.

All non-USA orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

A tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatched.

Shipping Costs: 
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. To view shipping costs, add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply depending on local state laws. Aura is not responsible for delays due to customs. In most cases, customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. However, we still encourage checking the customs lows of your region before placing an order.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, allowing you to track your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@aura-circle.com for assistance.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide the full address, including any relevant details, to avoid delays.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We support shipping to APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may vary.

Shipping Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping information, contact us promptly. Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Local Pick-Up: We do not currently offer local pick-up options.

Shipping Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our shipping policy. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
