Aura Circle provides a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. To address a potential manufacturing defect, kindly reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a thorough description of the issue.
At our discretion, we may choose to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. The warranty is valid for 3 month from the date of purchase, contingent upon proof of purchase from an authorized channel.
Warranty coverage does not apply to any products purchased on discount or during promotional sales.
