Our refund policy permits returns within 30 days of receiving new and unused Aura products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Is there a warranty?
Aura Circle provides a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. To address a potential manufacturing defect, kindly reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a thorough description of the issue.At our discretion, we may choose to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, contingent upon proof of purchase from an authorized channel.For any questions or assistance, please feel free to contact us. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.
